What We Do

Equilibrium Wealth Limited is an independent financial planning firm built around long-term relationships, integrity, clear thinking and careful stewardship of wealth. The firm is led by Conrad Whittingham, a Chartered Financial Planner working with a small number of clients and families who value experience and quality, tailored and considered advice. Our role is to help our clients make confident and considered financial decisions over many years — aligning wealth with life, responsibility and the next generation.

A Relationship-Led Approach

Clients work directly with Conrad with no pressure to fit into a pre-defined model. Advice is shaped around each client’s circumstances, priorities and values, with time taken to understand both the financial and personal context behind decisions.

This approach suits clients who value:

  • A single highly experienced and trusted adviser

  • Thoughtful, unhurried decision-making

  • Clear explanations without jargon

  • Being treated as an individual with individual requirements and not pigeonholed

Independent and Unconflicted Advice

Equilibrium Wealth Limited is fully independent. This means advice is based on the whole of the market and is not restricted by product providers, platforms or internal targets.

Recommendations are made only where they add value and where they serve your wider objectives — not where activity is expected or where things are done to fit pre-defined solutions.

Areas of Advice

Advice is typically focused on:

  • Long-term investment strategy

  • Retirement and later-life planning

  • Inter-generational and family wealth planning

  • Pensions and complex retirement decisions

Work is often coordinated alongside accountants, solicitors and other professional advisers to ensure decisions sit comfortably within a broader planning framework.

A Long-term Philosophy

We aim to ensure the right long-term structure, whilst providing investment discipline and perspective.

Markets change and situations change over time: what matters is having a steady, secure framework that can adapt without losing direction.

Our role is to provide that framework and advice of the highest quality — and to remain alongside our clients as circumstances evolve.
